- Why
use a mobile bar company?
- If
you are planning a party and don't want to provide all the refreshments
for your guests book a mobile bar. We bring all the drink, glasses, and
are licenced to sell alcohol at your event.
- What
do you charge?
- We
don't charge any hire costs for our service but do ask at the time of
booking for £25. This confirms your booking and pays for the
Temporary Events Notice from the local council.
- What
do you provide?
- We
can supply a range of drinks and are happy to discuss any
specific requirements with you. We bring all the necessary bar
equipment, glasses and have our own specifically designed bar units to
operate from. If your venue already has bar units we bring the
necessary equipment and use the facilities provided.
- We
can supply welcome drinks on arrival and offer a range of beverages
from champagne to cocktails. Please let us know what you want and we
will discuss prices.
- There
is no charge for the hire of our glasses as long as we are providing
the alcohol.
- How
much notice do you need?
- It
takes 2 weeks to obtain a TEN from the local council so we need at
least 3 weeks notice.
- How
much time do you need to set up?
- Ideally
we like to set up the morning of the event to allow time for the
draught beers to settle and cool. If setting up our own bar units we
bring them as soon as the venue will allow, we aim to be on site 2
hours before the event starts to finish setting up and be ready to
serve as guests arrive. As always we will work with you to ensure we
provide a first class service.
